In 2019, Satyam founded Wall Street Development Inc., a company dedicated to building and developing communities across international markets, including Canada, India, and Dubai. Through this platform, he is actively involved in commercial, industrial, and residential development projects, with a long-term vision focused on thoughtful urban growth, economic impact, and global collaboration.

Expanding beyond real estate and advisory, Satyam is also the Owner of Wall Street Cricket, a sports and entertainment venture established to acquire and operate a professional cricket franchise.
